AAEA Student Mentoring Program

What the Program Is

The AAEA Student Mentoring Program provides students with insight into a career in the agricultural publishing industry. It achieves this by providing students the opportunity to interact with established professionals who also are AAEA members. There are two goals. The first is to encourage student interest in a career with the agricultural publishing industry. The second is to provide students with more knowledge about the industry and encouragement from AAEA member mentors.

Who is Eligible to Participate

The AAEA Mentoring Program is open to all Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow (ACT) students and AAEA professional members. It will also be available to students attending colleges that do not have an ACT chapter. A special procedure is available for college seniors.
