- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has granted Section 18 Specific
Exemptions allowing growers in North Dakota , Minnesota, Montana, Illinois, Kentucky and
Michigan to use FOLICUR® Fungicide in 2006 for suppression
of Fusarium head blight, or scab, in wheat and/or barley .
- On April 21, David Lamb, a cotton grower from Morton, Texas, celebrated
growing ‘one ton’ of FiberMax® Cotton
per acre by driving home in a new Ford® F350 Super Duty
King Ranch truck.
- For the past five years, Bayer CropScience has conducted research to
find a simpler, more
effective means to control weeds in sugarbeets . Updated information
for the Northern Plains, Western and Michigan sugarbeet production regions
is now available online.
- Ducks Unlimited and Bayer CropScience have entered
an agreement that will allow Ducks Unlimited to expand incentives and education
to encourage farmers to plant winter cereals to help improve nesting success.
